PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhaust gas between a sheet material and a resin layer and prevent securely the lowering of capacity of the container. SOLUTION: When peripheral edges 36 of a combined intermediate molded product 38 are welded each other, a pipe 54 communicating the inside of the resin layer 36 with outside is provided on a welded section of the resin layer 36. A plurality of openings 55 are formed on a side wall section on the site forming the inner side of the resin layer of the pipe 54 at the given intervals along the peripheral direction, and a vacuum pump, which is not displayed on the figure, is connected with the pipe 54, and gas between a gas barrier 10 and the resin layer 36 is exhausted, and a sagging section of the gas barrier sheet 10 protruded into a hollow resin container (a fuel tank) is brought into contact with the resin layer 36 (an evacuating process). |
