PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the dielectric porcelain composition for high-frequency current having a specific dielectric constant lower than that of alumina and forsterite and having Q value higher than that of a glass ceramic and to produce the dielectric resonator and the dielectric waveguide. SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition for high-frequency current is a multiple oxide consisting of B and Si as a metal element, and when wt. ratio composition formula by an oxide of each metal element is expressed by xB2 O3 .ySiO2 , a main component satisfying 1<=x<=20, 80<=y<=99.9 and x+y=100 and 0.1-10 pts.wt. at least one kind among the group IVa elements in periodic table expressed in terms of oxide per 100 pts.wt. main component are incorporated. The specific dielectric constant is <=4 and Q value at 10 GHz is >=2000 preferably. |
