<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate clearance adjusting work by arranging a valve plate having a suction/delivery hole on a cylinder block end surface, and adjusting clearance between pistons and a suction valve by using a thrust race of a bearing in a reciprocating compressor having plural pistons arranged around a main shaft. SOLUTION: A valve plate is arranged through a gasket 21 on an end surface of a cylinder block 20 having plural cylinders fitted/installed with plural pistons 100 reciprocated by rotation of a swash plate 7. In this case, piston top clearance is adjusted by using a thickness of a thrust race 41 of a thrust bearing 40 being a bearing to rotatably support a main shaft 3. Therefor, the thrust race 41 is prepared by several kinds different in a thickness. The depth of a suction valve and a valve receiving surface is set constant by adjusting the thickness of the thrust race 41. The thrust race 41 may be formed as an adjusting structure to be increased/decreased as divided pieces 410 when necessary after being divided into several parts.</p> |
