PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject skin cosmetic with no problems such as pH rising and ammonia odor emission as a result of lone-term storage thereof even if formulated with urea useful for skin roughing and moisturizing. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic contains urea and a buffering agent selected from respective combinations of disodium hydrogenphosphate with citric acid and of potassium dihydrogenphosphate with disodium hydrogenphosphate. The other version of this cosmetic contains allantoin as well as the above ingredients.
