PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure rigidity by formation of a thick core material by providing the core material made of an injection molding material containing a dicyclopentadiene integrally molded with a rear surface of a skin material as a main component, thereby eliminating an adverse influence of an injecting pressure of the molding material to the skin material. SOLUTION: A skin material 15 is set in a split mold so that a solid skin layer 11 is directed toward a molding surface of the one split mold, and an injection molding material containing a dicyclopentadiene as a main component is injected in a cavity via a gate provided at the other split mold, and hence an instrument panel 9 molded integrally with a core material 17 on a rear surface of the material 15 (foam layer 13) is obtained. Thus, since the material 17 is constituted by the molding material containing the dicyclopentadiene as a main component having extremely excellent low density and flowability, it can be injection molded at a low injection pressure, and material 15 is not damaged by the injection pressure to prevent damage of the material 15. |
