PRODUCTION OF RESIN PARTICLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain resin particles by emulsion dispersion method without the need of using any organic solvent for dissolving the resin. SOLUTION: The resin particles is obtained through the steps wherein a resin is out into a dispersant-contg. solution comprising a solvent with the boiling point higher than the melting point of the resin followed by agitation of the resultant solution while heating it at a temperature higher than the melting point of the resin to form an emulsion in which molten resin microparticles are dispersed, and the emulsion is subsequently cooled.
