PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composite material for a sheet excellent in stiffness, heat distortion resistance, impact resistance, moldability and oil swell resistance and capable of providing sheet molded articles with excellent appearance and various properties according to the characteristics required of the sheet. SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composite material comprising two or more olefinic polymers and an organic compound-modified clay. At least one of two or more polymers A103 and B104 has a functional group. The state of dispersion (morphology) of the organic compound-modified clay 3 depends on whether the polymers A and B are compatible or incompatible, and in the latter case, it depends on further in which polymer, of the polymer A constituting a matrix 821 or the polymer B constituting a micelle 822, a functional group is formed. |
