PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the connection time of a link channel by making a slave station notify a base station of a utilization state of plural available slots at making of a link channel establishment request to the base station and making the base station allocate a slot which is common to a slot that is decided as being communication available, according to a receiving field level and to a slot that can be used by the slave station as a link channel. SOLUTION: When a slave station 1 receives a connection request from a communication terminal, it retrieves an empty slot and sends a link channel establishment request that includes slot information to a base station 2. The station 2 allocates a slot that is common to the empty slot, which is notified by the slot information included in the link channel establishment request and a slot that is decided as being communication available by a control part 24, according to a receiving field level of communication data which is measured by a base-band part 23 as a link channel allocation, to the station 1. This enables suppression of the occurrence of wasteful negotiations and to reduce the average connection time of a link channel. |
