PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket examining machine which can prevent passage from being disabled owing to medium misinsertion at the time of exiting from a ticket barrier of another company and also prevent illegal passage service by indicating which of these inserted media holds passage service information when plural media are inserted. SOLUTION: This automatic ticket examining machine 15 is provided at a connection gate from a line of one company to a line of another company and records passage service information showing that the passenger can exit through the yard 12 of the latter company. This machine 15 is equipped with an indicating means that indicates which medium c among media a, b, and c holds passage service information when those media (a), (b), and (c) are inserted. |
