<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an electric signal needed for operating a resistance of a part to be measured in a hot-line state by the operation of an operating rod from a position 2-3 m apart from the part. SOLUTION: The tip of an operating rod 10 formed of an insulating material is provided with a locking member 12 which is freely oscillated about an axis and is freely oscillated. The locking member 12 strides over an overhead wire 50 to make electric connection, and a detecting means for detecting a magnetic flux generated by A.C. flowing through the overhead wire 50 is relatively forced to take a designated attitude 1. A conductive probe 26 is arranged on the tip of the operating rod 10 in such a manner that its angle to the operating rod 10 can be freely adjusted. An electric signal related to a part to be measured, which is obtained by the locking member 12 and the conductive probe 26, is converted to a light signal by an electro-optical signal converting means 40 to be transmitted.</p> |
