PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation convenience of an information recording medium by converting data in a first recording system read from the recording of an information recording medium into data in a second recording system, recording the data in an information recording medium, and ejecting the information recording medium from the main body, and returning it. SOLUTION: Data recorded in the first recording system are read from a ticket (a) inputted from the input port of a main body G of an automatic ticket examining machine through a read/write unit 5, and the read data are calculated by a CPU 3. When it is judged that the ticket (a) is a transfer ticket as a result, an exit time is detected. Then, the detected exit time and new data in the second system as the result of the arithmetic processing are converted into data in an FM system through the CPU 3, and the converted FM data are written through the read/write unit 5 in the ticket (a). Thus, even information recording media whose recording systems are different can be processed. |
