PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inconvenience of a rail road company and a user at the time of getting on a train and at the time of adjusting a fare by collating the rear result of the recorded content of a recording medium with set information set by a train getting-on station name setting means, and judging whether or not use the recording medium is allowable according to the collated result. SOLUTION: A station which issues an input ticket being a recording medium is compared with a station which issues a train getting-on permission ticket preliminarily set at plural automatic ticket examining machines by an another station train getting-on judgement functioning part 86 provided at a control part 81, and whether or not they coincide with each other is judged. Also, the ticket inputting time is compared with a train getting-on permission time preliminarily set at plural automatic ticket examining machines, and whether or not the inputting data is within the allowable time. When the ticket issue station coincides with the train getting-on permission station, and the ticket inputting date is within the range of the user allowable date the user is allowed to get on a train. Also, when the ticket issue station coincides with the train getting- out permission station, and the ticket imputing date is beyond the range of the train getting-on permission date, the user is not allowed to get on a train. |
