<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a large-sized one by coupling a plurality of flat multihole pipes with one another at their sidewalls, with solid members between, and sealing them while making the holes communicate with one another such that a plurality of sealed cavities are made at the end of these flat multihole pipes, and accommodating working fluid in the cavity part. SOLUTION: Each flat multihole pipe 10-12 is equipped with five pieces each of drawn-up holes 40 partitioned by bulkheads 30, and these flat multihole pipes 10-12 are fixed and coupled with one another with solid members 20 and 21 between so as to manufacture a plate-shaped heat pipe body 13. Then, a cap member 50 is fixed to one end of the plate-shaped heat pipe body 13, and these are sealed, making a total of fifteen holes 40 communicate with one another, and at the other end, they are sealed likewise. This way, working fluid is accommodated in the cavity part made by the holes 40 and the cap member 50, thus a plate-shaped heat pipe 1 is obtained. Hereby, even a large- sized one can also be obtained, too.</p> |
