PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing by a CPU at the time of recording magnetic data. SOLUTION: The control circuit is provided with data registers 11, 12 for storing data to be outputted to a magnetic head 3, flip flop circuits FF1 to FF4 for determining the writing timing of data, a counter 17 for counting the number of bits of data stored in the registers 11, 12 based on an output from the FF2, and shift registers 13, 14 for converting data outputted from the registers 11, 12 into serial data and outputting the serial data to the head 3. In this case, 8-bit parallel data collectively set up by the CPU 1 are successively converted into serial data and the serial data are successively outputted to the head 3 in each bit, and when the output of the final bit is informed of by the counter 17, the CPU 1 is informed of the output end by interruption. |
