It is based on modular pieces 1 which are characterized in that they are defined by a parallelepipedal body, three of the adjacent faces of which have at least one recess 2 and its opposite faces have at least one complementary projection 5, making provision for secure coupling between pieces for the construction of vertical and horizontal surfaces. The construction of a building may be finished off by means of U-shaped sections (profiles) which are fixed to the corresponding frame in such a manner that extraction of one of the modular pieces 1 is prevented, enabling the pieces to be reused and preventing the generation of waste.
