A process for the treatment of a textile substrate with an aqueous textile treatment composition (I) is claimed. (I) contains in addition to water: (A) a nitrogen functionalized organopolysiloxane; and (B) a dispersible polyisobutylene polymer having a number average mol.wt of at least 250 daltons whereby the ratio of (A to (B) is 5:95-95:5.
