<p>The alternators regulator has means for sensing a voltage between phase terminals designed to receive the phase voltage of the alternator. The sensor includes at least two transistors (T1,T9) forming a current mirror whose two branches are at one end connected to the two phase terminals and are fed at the other end by the transistors (T6,T7) which are current sources producing current of the same intensity in the branches. The two branches contain resistors (R10,R20) having different values so that one of the transistors (T7) is limited to a predetermined current value (20 micro amps) when the potential difference at the phase terminals is greater than a given step level. This current limitation causes the level change of a logic output (S1,S2) controlled by the potential difference at a point in the branch between the transistor (T7) forming the current source for the transistor (T1).</p> |
