The converter means includes a control link having one end portion thereof pivotally connected to another part of the converter means and the other end portion pivotally connected to a mounting, the link being adapted to pivotally oscillate about the mounting in response to movement of one of said either the rotator or the reciprocator thereby causing movement of the other. |
