PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition useful as a material for electrical products, automotive parts, or the like and having water repellency and permanent antistatic properties by including a thermoplastic resin, a specific cationic copolymer and a specified silicone polymer therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin, (B) 1-20 pts.wt. linear cationic copolymer containing 80-98 mol.% ethylene structural unit represented by formula I, 2-20 mol.% acrylamide structural; unit represented by formula II (R2 is ethylene or prolylene; R3 and R4 are each methyl; R5 is a lower linear alkyl or arylalkyl; X is a halogen, CH3 OSO3 or the like) and 0-15 mol.% acrylate structural unit represented by formula III(R<1> is methyl or ethyl) in the molecule and having 1,000-50,000 weight-average molecular weight and (C) 0.4-20 pts.wt. silicone polymer having a polyorhganosiloxane structure in the molecule. |
