SOLUTION: A print head 201 prepared for every color is driven by a driving control signal supplied from an MPU 400 to a head-driving circuit 408 to discharge a predetermined ink. In association with the discharge of ink, a motor 407 rotates a transfer roller, etc. At this time, a software timer is reset immediately before one variable data is developed, and it is judged whether or not the data is a print data of a first label. When the judgment is NO and the variable data is judged to change contents of print data, the variable data is developed to a print buffer. A time required for the development process is obtained and a print speed is set in accordance with the process time. |
