<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking member for protecting matters to be bonded from being bonded in the state that dust is sandwiched between them. SOLUTION: A sheet bonding device is provided with a sheet member erecting section 2 holding a sheet member B to be bonded, a sheet suction gripping carrier holding a sheet S to be bonded on the sheet member B and standing the sheet in the vertical direction, a first sheet bonding section 6 bonding the sheet S with an adhesive face on one face of the erected sheet member B, a second sheet bonding section 7 bonding another sheet S on the other face and a sheet member tilting section 3 laying the sheet member B, on both faces of which sheets S are bonded, to the horizontal state.</p> |
