<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the sufficient circulation of cooling liquid and the secureness of connecting strength of a feeding conduct part. SOLUTION: In an induction heating coil of half-opened saddle type for crank shaft, one pair of the feeding conduct parts for supplying the high frequency current to the heating conduct part 1100 corresponding to a journal part is provided. The heating conduct part is provided with a first coil piece 1111 and a second coil piece 1112 wound as the same shape and almost rectangular shape and a third coil piece 1113 which connects each one end of the mutually opposed opened ends of the first and second coil pieces, disposed in almost axial direction of the crank shaft. The first and the second coil pieces are connected in series with the third coil piece, and the first, the second and the third coil pieces are provided with almost trough shaped coil body parts formed by boring groove parts 1114 and a cover part 1120 fitted to the coil body parts so as to close the groove parts. In the first and the second coil pieces, projecting parts 1111A, 1112B fitting the feeding conduct parts, are formed.</p> |
