An adjusting lever for the mixer valve cartridge (3) protrudes out of the insert (2) contained in the main body of the fitment (1). The insert has inlets and outlets for the water and has a collar supporting it axially in a hole (12) in the main fitment body. One side of the insert has a sleeve (20) open on the end side and containing the mixer valve cartridge; the other side has an attachment (21) of reduced diameter and containing the water-ducts (211,212). The insertion side of the hole has a thread (13) for a ring bolt (4). The duct for mixer water opens in a radial annular groove (23) open on the outside and is connected to a water outflow pipe of the main fitting. Above and below the attachment are sealing O rings (230). The base (14) of the hole has openings (141) for hot and cold water-pipes (5) each with plug-in part (51) and O ring (52).
