The present invention pertains to the field of gas and crude-oil extraction from wells and more precisely relates to the processing and exploitation of off-shore or in-land petroleum fields as well as to the separation of petroleum gases while accounting for the re-injection of the separated material. This invention can be used in the gas and petroleum industry for removing carbon dioxide from gases. The plant of the present invention comprises the following members connected in series: a combustion chamber (1); a pressurised economiser (2); a humidity separator (3); and a cooling regenerator (4). The regenerator (4) is connected through a direct gas-flow duct (5) to a turbo-expander (7) and further up to a solid carbon-dioxide separator (8). The separator (8) is connected to the regenerator and to a fume pipe (9) through a back-flow duct (6) and to a liquefier (13) through a solid carbon-dioxide duct (10) and a worm device (11). The liquefier (13) is connected to the worm (11), to a receiver (14) and to a pump (23) through a plurality of valves (12, 13, 17). Tanks (18, 19) for hot and cold water include a steam supply and a water inlet from a hot water line. The pressurised fume-type gases formed in the combustion chamber (1) are cooled in the pressurised economiser (2) so as to remove humidity droplets as well as in the cooling regenerator (4). The gases are further expanded in the turbo-expander (7) and cooled down to the carbon-dioxide solidification temperature. The solid carbon dioxide is finally melt after being separated in the separator (8) and charged into the liquefier (13).
|
