Hot water generator with double diaphragm

Two water chambers are individually split into separate sections by diaphragms (19,20). The first chamber (16) is connected to the inlet or supply pressure (2) and to the feed pressure (3) before the heating element. The second chamber (15) is also connected to the supply pressure while the other side of the diaphragm connects to the feed pressure (5) after the heating element (6). The diaphragm in the first chamber connects mechanically to the gas flow regulator (10) so that heating effect is proportional to the water flow rate. When demand for hot water is stopped the pressure in the feed line increases and the diaphragm in chamber moves, turning off the gas supply. At the same time the hot water section of the second chamber fills with hot water from the heating element until pressure equilibrium has been achieved.
