PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigator device which allows a user to easily input information to a certain position on a map and easily identify the input information by enabling the method of display of a display part to be easily changed. SOLUTION: A navigator device subjects the information input by a user from an input part 101 to a recognition process if necessary, then outputs it as additional information, and stores it. Also, the navigator device has a map originating device 105 which, on receiving signals from a GPS and the like, originates data about coordinates in a map and data about the direction of the line of sight by use of an originating part 103, and which, using the coordinate data and direction data originated, describes map information and additional information in a description mode stored in a description mode storage part 108, the map information and the additional information being stored, respectively, in a map information storage part 106 and the additional information storage part 104. A map face originated by the map originating device 105 is displayed on a screen. |
