PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of an active chip in a tire by sealing an electronic device in a hard material by a capsule, attaching the device onto a cured rubber patch and joining the rubber patch to a cured tire. SOLUTION: A circuit board 34 provided with an electronic memory and an electronic monitor 32 for monitoring such technical conditions as a pressure, a temperature, a moving distance or the like is sealed in a burying material 40 set to a rigid material by a capsule. A power source 36 such as a battery is attached to this capsule-sealed circuit board 34, the surroundings of the power source 36 are enveloped by the burying material 40, and a rigid tag assembly 30 where a part is formed by a swell 38 to provide a strong battery is constructed. This rigid tag assembly 30 is attached on a cured rubber patch, and this cured rubber patch is joined and fixed to a cured tire. Thus, the life of an active chip in the tire is prolonged. |
