PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operating efficiency by effectively winding a viscoelastic fluid on a roll at the time of starting warming of the fluid, increasing a gradient until the fluid arrives at a predetermined temperature and warming in a short time. SOLUTION: A gap is set between a pair of rolls 14 and 16 to regulate a warming degree of a rubber and to guide an axial direction movement of the rolls. A retention of the rubber is aided by forming a plurality of ring-like grooves 34 on a rubber introducing region. A shearing force is given to the rubber intruded between the pair of the rolls 14 and 16. Thus, since it is warped back to easily wind the rubber on the one roll 14 side, a change rate (gradient) of the warming degree at an initial time of introducing the rubber becomes larger (sharp gradient) than that in prior art, thereby shortening a warming completing time. |
