PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make thin thickness of a time display part and to drive a timepiece for a long time even at a dark place by making flexible either a solar cell or a secondary cell and providing it at a belt part. SOLUTION: In a timepiece where a time display part 10 and a belt part 20 are integrally formed, a solar cell 30 and a secondary cell 40 are provided at the belt part 20. In this case, an amorphous silicon solar cell where amorphous silicon is formed on a flexible substrate consisting of a polyimide resin is used as the solar cell 30. On the other hand, a laminate sheet consisting of aluminum and a thermally melted resin is used for its positive electrode and negative electrode exterior material. At the same time, a cobalt dioxide containing lithium is used for the positive electrode and Li1 Ti5 O12 is used for the negative electrode. Also, a non-aqueous electrolyte where LiCF3 SO3 is dissolved into a mixed solvent in that ethylene carbonate and 1, 2 dimethyoxyethane are mixed is used as an electrolyte. |
