PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a data transmission speed synchronously with a period of a noise intensity change. SOLUTION: Based on a reception output of a reception circuit 21, a noise intensity monitor circuit 23 observes a time change of noise intensity and analyzes its periodicity. A speed control signal generating circuit 24 generates a speed control signal to control a data transmission speed of transmission circuits 11, 22 and the reception circuit 21, then lots of data are sent for a time with a high S/N. |
