<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency protector body and a cover assembly and to surely prevent the occurrence of abnormal noises caused by the curl and rattling of the cover and vibration. SOLUTION: This protector consists of a protector body 2, which accommodates a wire harness W, and a cover 7 which conceals the opening 3 of this protector body 2. The fitting parts provided on the protector body 2 and the locking parts 8 provided on the cover 7 are made lockable and freely detachable. In this case, the cover 7 is provided with long and short locking guide protrusions 9, 9', which guide the inserting and locking positions of the locking parts 8 for fitting parts 5. On the other hand, fitting guide parts 6, to which the long and short locking guide protrusions 9, 9' are each fitted, are each provided at the positions facing opposite such locking guide protrusions 9, 9' of the protector body 2. Also, a tapered surface 9b is provided on the end of the longer locking guide protrusions 9.</p> |
