FIELD: railways. SUBSTANCE: rail fastener has rail mounted on rail chair and pressed against it with binding posts and bolts. Rail chair is positioned in recess of concrete sleeper and is attached to sleeper by bolts. Rubber spacer is placed between sleeper and rail chair. Sleeper plate is put between rail and rail chair. Clearances between rubber spacer and slopes of recess in concrete sleeper are provided in rail fastener. Rubber spacer has lateral grooves sloping from axis towards side edges of rail chair. EFFECT: prevention of skewness of rail chairs in recesses of concrete sleepers. 2 cl, 4 dwg
