PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize a frequency in which availability exceeds desired threshold by deciding the availability of a network segment about plural periods and displaying a graph which shows the frequency of periods in which availability exceeds each availability value based on it. SOLUTION: A computer 10 which executes a network management tool 17 counts the number of bytes which pass through network segments 18 to 20 through network devices 11 to 13, e.g. counts one time per second and collects data of availability with transferable maximum byte number as reference. It arranges data of availability about many periods in order of the dimension of availability value, further calculates the frequency of periods in which availability exceeds the availability value and generates arranged availability data. The arranged availability data are shown on a graph where the scales of availability values are set to a horizontal axis and the scales of the frequency of periods are set to a vertical axis in each different network segment 18 to 20. |
