PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an automatic answering telephone voice message in the format of electronic mail by storing a file in the format of electronic mail, for which an analog electric signal of a voice message is transformed, while keeping an electronic mail receiving state. SOLUTION: An audio signal processor 15 performs voice recording processing. Audio electric signals propagating on a line are converted to digital signals from an NCU 32 through an audio signal processing circuit 26 by an A/D converting processing circuit 36 and held for a fixed period by a control circuit 21. This period is determined corresponding to the type of automatic answering telephony equipment and at such a time, the signals are transferred to a voice storage device 27 and stored as a voice message for one message. When the voice message of one piece of automatic answering telephony equipment is completely acquired, on the other hand, the voice message is managed by the control circuit 21 after being transformed to the file in the format of electronic mail so as to allow a program or the like for performing electronic mail management to recognize as electronic mail. |
