PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a recipient of start of broadcast of emergency/notice information without increasing a load on a circuit of a receiver in a digital network. SOLUTION: A separate section 11 of a receiver 91 sends a frame of relating information 2 in a received data stream to an information destination separate section 9. When the destination of the frame is addressed to the information destination separate section 9 itself, the information destination separate section 9 sends the frame to a relating information 2 processing section 12 of a security module 92. When key information encrypted to view a program is in existence in the frame, the relating information 2 processing section 12 allows a decoding processing section 13 to decode the information and stores the result in a memory management section 15. When a start notice of an emergency/notice broadcast is in existence in the frame, the relating information 2 processing section 12 sends the frame to an output processing section 19 of the receiver 91. The output processing section 19 of the receiver 91 outputs it to the user upon the receipt of the start notice. |
