PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of dialing as well as call tariffs by dialing in accordance with a request of a client and performing by a single dial a transmission and reception of electronic mails of plural clients, instead of repeating connection and disconnection every time there is a request in the conventional system. SOLUTION: A substitute server 5 receives an electronic mail 8 to be received of a user registered in advance in an electronic mail server 1 or transmits an electronic mail 7 to be transmitted stored in the substitute sever 5 by dialing up through a public line 4 or the like every time a set specified time or condition is met to allow connection to a normal connecting line 2 or the like. |
