PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and accurately control the moving parts of a periodic signal drive, even with only a small memory capacity and realize accurate movement. SOLUTION: This periodic signal driver comprises an actuating unit 1 which moves a moving part 3 relative to a fixed part 2 by a required amount, a drive unit 41 which operates the moving part, a power supply unit 5 which supplies the drive unit 4 with power according to periodic signals, and a periodic signal generating unit 6 which contains a speed command signal generating means 7 which generates speed command signals, based on the output from the moving part 3 and a periodic signal generating unit 6 which includes a drive frequency calculating means 8 which determines the frequency of periodic signals, based on the speed command signals. The driving frequency calculating means 8 quantizes through a frequency quantizing means 80 frequencies obtained by correcting errors through a digital control calculating section 20 which calculates control pulse signal frequencies (f) for moving the moving part 3, and a probability output calculating section which calculates the outputs through probability, based on a frequency (f) and a sampling frequency (fs) or an error-correcting means 75. |
