PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a developer to a developer returning guide plate without deteriorating the developer or increasing the driving torque of a sleeve member by feeding the developer disposed on the lower side of a magnetic carrying means and carried with the magnetic carrying means to the side of a developer stirring/carrying mechanism. SOLUTION: A bristle cutting plate 30 and a developer returning guide plate 34 are disposed on the lower side of a magnetic transfer means 32. A developer being carried in the state that it is magnetically attracted to the peripheral of the sleeve member 321 constituting the magnetic transfer means 32 is peeled from the periphery surface of the sleeve member 321 by the work of centrifugal force by the rotation of the sleeve member 321 and its gravity in a developer peeling area 323 and fed onto the developer returning guide plate 34 disposed on the lower side of the magnetic transfer means 32. Therefore, the setting of magnetism for forming the developer peeling area 323 is facilitated. Thus, an early stage deterioration in the developer can be prevented so that the driving torque of the sleeve member 321 is never increased. |
