PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a photosensitive element for the flat plate display superior in the dispersibility of a fluorescent material and film formation performance and the like in high yield by using the photosensitive resin composition for the specified flat plate display. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for the flat plate display contains the fluorescent material, an alcohol, a film forming polymer, an ethylenically unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a compound represented by the formula in which R is a 1-6C alkyl, such as methyl or ethyl, or 1-10C alkoxycarbonyl, such as methoxycarbonyl, or benzyloxycarbonyl or hydroxyl group, and when R is plural, it may be same or different; and (p) is an integer of 0-6. The fluorescent material to be used is a common metal oxide. |
