PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a recording layer from being peeling on a boundary surface between a substrate and the recording layer and to prevent the physical copy of the substrate by laminating a stripping preventive layer consisting of resin having a specified extension rate range and a protection layer consisting of the resin having the specified extension rate or below on the recording layer. SOLUTION: The recording layer 2 being a reflection layer, the exfoliation preventive layer 4 and the protection layer 3 are sequentially laminated on the substrate 1 being a signal surface having a minute pattern line 1A. Here, by laminating the exfoliation preventive layer 4 and the protection layer 3 using the resin having the extension rates different from each other, the stripping on the boundary surface between the substrate 1 and the recording layer 2 is prevented. That is, the flexible resin of the extension rate 100%-300% is used for the exfoliation preventive layer 4, and the non-flexible resin of the extension rate 5% or below is used for the protection layer 3. Since shearing force due to stripping from the protection layer 3 side is dispersed/absorbed by a lower layer (stripping preventive layer 4), the stripping on the boundary surface between the substrate 1 and the recording layer 2 is prevented. |
