<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an insulation barrier, easily manufacture an AC adapter, and reduce costs by forming the insulation barrier from a film- shaped thin plate, placing it on the lower collar of the bobbin of a power supply transformer, and including and fixing it between upper and lower cases. SOLUTION: The front edge part of the groove part of an insulation barrier 33 consisting of a film-shaped thin plate in a recessed form is placed on the front, upper surface of a lower collar 27a of a bobbin 27, further the tip surface of both side parts is allowed to reach near the front surface of a core 30 while both side parts of the groove part are placed on the upper surface of the side part surface of the lower collar 27a of the bobbin 27, and the insulation barrier 33 is arranged at the left part of a power supply transformer 26. Then, the upper surface of a lead wire 29 for connecting an AC power supply input plug 24 and a primary coil 28 is covered. Further, the insulation barrier 33 is included between an upper case rib and a lower case rib being provided at the left side of an upper case 21 and a lower case 22.</p> |
