<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a housing method in which an IC is classified with good efficiency by adopting a method in which a classification place is allocated sequentially on the basis of category information which is sent out from a control part without specifying the classification place of the IC by category. SOLUTION: An IC tester 2 sends out category information to a CPU 3A in every test of an IC 1A, and the CPU 3A collates the category information which is written into a memory 3B. When written category information does not exist in the memory 3B, category information is written into the memory 3B, and the IC 1A is transferred to a lowermost-stage tray 20. When the written category information in the memory 3B agrees with the sent-out category information, information which is loaded in a memory 3C is read, and the IC 1A is transferred in succession to an empty place in a tray 20 at the stage of a corresponding category. When the written category information in the memory 3B does not agree with the sent-out category information, the sent-out category information is written into the memory 3B, and the IC 1A is transferred to a tray 20 at the upper stage of the stage of a previously output category.</p> |
