PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inspector from inserting or extracting an extension board in wrong timing by making a buzzer sound to indicate the end of inspection and making a display part display a message after the inspection of the extension board connected to an extension slot is completed. SOLUTION: The inspector starts up a device 7 for inspection to inspect the function of the extension board 15 by the extension board inspecting process of a program 1 for extension board inspection, displays the inspection result at the display part 13 after the inspection ends, and controls an SW 9 by a power source control process to cut off the power supply from the power source 14 to the extension slot 10. At the same time, the power supply to an LED 11 is cut off to let the inspector know that the extension slot 10 is powered off. Further, a buzzer control process 5 makes the buzzer 12 sounds to indicate the end of the inspection and a message display process 6 displays the message prompting the extension board 15 to be extracted from the extension slot 10 at the display part 13. |
