PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with a simple configuration that easily acquires images with high image quality over an entire circumferential direction. SOLUTION: Each of 16-sets of cameras 1 placed on a circumference at an equal angular interval photographs each visual range and photographed image data are stored respectively to each corresponding frame memory 2. Aμ-CPU receives image data corresponding to 16 frames from each frame memory 2, generates an image file and sends it to a personal computer 4 via an SCSI-II transmission line 5. The personal computer 4 sequentially connects images obtained by the adjacent cameras 1 and synthesizes them to obtain a panorama image over an entire circumferential area.
