PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost mounting board of electromagnetic shielding structure without increasing volume and weight of the mounting board. SOLUTION: In a mounting board 9 wherein a semiconductor device 1 is mounted on a wiring board 11, the mounting board 9 is provided with a GND wiring pattern 10 shielding against electromagnetic waves at the position where the semiconductor device 1 is mounted, and a semiconductor element 5 is placed on a stage 3 in the semiconductor device 1 on the opposite side of the wiring board 11, and the semiconductor device 1 is mounted over the GND wiring pattern 10, so that the semiconductor element 5 may be placed between the GND wiring pattern 10 and the stage 3. |
