The dielectric filter is constructed by coupling together a number of coaxial resonators (1) that are placed side by side. The coupling is achieved using apertures formed by removing part of the outer layer (30). The apertures are filled with a conductive bonding material. Internally, each resonator is filled with a dielectric material (20) and has an inner conductor layer (31). An Independent claim is provided for the dielectric filter itself.
