The vehicle has a compartment (1) containing a gantry frame (10) inside and at the top of its doorway to leave the floor space beneath it free for storing one or more removable drums (15). The drums fit below the level of the gantry frame, which acts as a support for hose reels (16, 17). The hoses (18, 19) carried on the reels are ten or more meters long, equipped at one end with a spray gun (20, 21) and connected at the other to a high pressure pump (25) able to deliver the product at a pressure of at least 100 bars.
