PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial board being excellent in a feel of cleanliness and antibacterial properties and having a high strength, and a vessel and a paper tube using the same. SOLUTION: An antibacterial agent layer is laminated at least on one surface of paper manufactured from waste paper of a paper pack for a drink. In a vessel which is formed of an antibacterial board prepared in this way and wherein the antibacterial agent layer is positioned inside at least and in the antibacterial board, the antibacterial agent layer is laminated so that it is exposed.
