PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductive path without an increase in the number of parts, provide a conductive flexible pipe having good insulation property, and prevent a humor from entering a gap between the conductive flexible pipe and an outer tube by forming one of conductive paths for supplying voltage to each electrode of a cup-like forceps piece as a conductive flexible pipe of a catheter tube. SOLUTION: This treatment tool includes a catheter tube 4 having flexibility, which can be inserted in the body, a support 6 which is installed on the distal end side of the catheter tube 4 to hold a first cup-like forceps piece and a second cup-like forceps piece to be opposite to each other and freely opened and closed, a first electrode of the first forceps piece, a second electrode of the second forceps piece, and a voltage supply means connected to the proximal end side of the catheter tube 4 so as to supply a high frequency voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode.
