<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To granulate plastic films in waste plastics for a blast furnace raw material. SOLUTION: Plastic films 11 charged into a crusher 2 by a supply conveyer 1 are crushed into an appropriate size, transferred to improper substance selector 4 by a transfer conveyer 3 to be classified into metal 13 and others. Next, the separated plastic films 11 are transferred to a compression molding apparatus 6 by a transfer conveyer 5. The molding apparatus 6 is composed of a die in which a die hole consisting of through holes is formed and a roller which contacts the peripheral surface of the die and can rotate freely, and the plastic films 11 are pushed into the die hole by the roller and compressed into granules.</p> |
